Qualia is provided by Causal Map Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

The full terms of service are in the app help pages. The points below summarise the most common questions; the formal terms in the app take precedence.

What you can do

Use Qualia to design and run interviews. You own the data your respondents give you. You are responsible for telling respondents what the interview is for and how their data will be used.

What we do

We provide the platform, store your interview data, and pass conversations through the AI model you select. We do not use your interview data to train our own models.

Payment

Credits are non-refundable once spent on an interview, but unused credits can be carried forward and used at any time while your account is active.

Liability

Qualia is provided as is. Causal Map Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Cancellation

Close your account at any time by emailing hello@causalmap.app. Your data will be removed from our active systems.
